Psychotherapy

I create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences without judgment. I will help you navigate life’s challenges, heal from past wounds, and build lasting well-being. I take a holistic, client-centered approach, integrating multiple therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, psychodynamic psychotherapy and positive psychology. This allows me to create a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your unique needs, values, and goals. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, I’m here to help you gain clarity, resilience, and a deeper understanding of yourself.

Psychedelic Services

I offer in-person, intramuscular ketamine administration at a safe and welcoming space in downtown Boulder. Dosing sessions are two hours in length. You may choose to receive ketamine infusions or combine them with psychotherapy (recommended). To learn more about ketamine therapy or to book an appointment, please visit https://delospsych.com/ketamine-assisted-therapy/.

I also provide professional guidance for personal psychedelic experiences—establishing safety, mindfulness, and preparation before, during, and/or after your sessions. I emphasize the importance of integration, helping you process and apply insights from your journeys to promote lasting healing and well-being. The majority of my practice is remote, but I am here to support your psychedelic journey with harm reduction and psychoeducation as well as therapeutic preparation and integration.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive psychiatric treatment that uses magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain. Primarily used to treat patients who haven't responded to traditional treatments like medication or therapy, TMS targets areas of the brain associated with mood regulation. It has been shown to be effective for depression, substance use disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder and anxiety. The procedure is typically well-tolerated, with minimal side effects, and has shown promising results in improving symptoms of depression and other mental health conditions. I offer TMS services through Boulder TMS. This service may be eligible for insurance coverage for qualifying conditions. To learn more about TMS, pricing and clinic location, please visit https://www.bouldertms.com/.
